Introduction

Let's get acquainted!

I am Kaie Olmre, a holistic regression therapist and your supportive companion in finding inner clarity.

I hold a holistic regression therapist qualification (Holistic Institute therapist training 2021–2025). I have a sincere interest in people’s stories and choices, as I have come to know that every person carries unique abilities and potential that are simply waiting to be discovered.

My journey: from creativity and systems to the human soul

By background I am a cultural worker and project manager. I have studied set design and decoration at the Viljandi Culture Academy of the University of Tartu and completed a master’s degree in art education at the Estonian Academy of Arts. I have also furthered my knowledge in organisational sustainability, coaching and project management.

This diverse journey has taught me to see the bigger picture — both how systems work and the person within all of it. I weave these insights from creativity, management and humanity into my work and personal life every day. I am a natural creator, deeply drawn to theatre and music. My two wonderful daughters keep me balanced in life, teaching me something new and genuine every day.

How can I support you as a holistic therapist?

My interest in my own inner world began with a desire to better understand my feelings and how they affect our bodies. Now, having made this journey myself, I wish to support others in finding balance and clarity within themselves.

My sessions are a space where I truly listen and support you. Through holistic regression therapy I help you discover past patterns that have shaped you and your current choices. Together we create awareness that helps you let go of old limitations and make more conscious choices going forward.

I believe that freeing yourself from old patterns creates space for new energy. How is your inner balance? Do you feel it is time to look within, discover your unique potential and move forward in life with a much lighter step?
