Holistic therapy is an approach that treats the person as a whole — mentally, emotionally and physically. It does not focus solely on symptoms, but seeks deeper causes and supports you on a wholesome journey towards self-discovery.
02Who is holistic therapy suitable for?
Holistic therapy is suitable for anyone who feels that something in their life is out of balance, wishes to understand themselves better or needs support during difficult moments in life. No prior therapy experience is required.
03How long does a session last?
A typical session lasts 50–60 minutes. The holistic individual session is a three-hour deep dive designed for working through a specific topic or recurring pattern.
04How often should I come?
This depends on your needs and goals. We generally recommend starting with once a week or once every two weeks. You and your therapist will agree on a rhythm that works best for you.
05Is the first session scary?
The first session is an introductory session where we talk about your story and expectations. It does not commit you to continuing — you decide for yourself whether you wish to move forward.
06Is therapy confidential?
Yes, everything discussed during a session is strictly confidential. The therapist will not share your personal information with third parties.
07How to choose the right therapist for you?
Our team has five therapists, each with their own speciality and approach. If you are unsure who to see, write to us — we will help you find the most suitable therapist for you.
08Does therapy take place in person only?
We offer sessions both in person in Tallinn and online. Online sessions are equally effective and suit those for whom it is difficult to come in person.
09What is the difference between a therapist and a psychologist?
A psychologist is a specialist with an academic background who often works with diagnoses and clinical work. Our therapists have completed specialised training in holistic and integrative therapy and focus primarily on personal development and wellbeing.
